We have several things going on: events, calendar sales, Rescue raffle, and the election process; we’re working hard for our club! Have a wonderful rest of your month!

My president’s report is light this month. However, the Board handled several heavy issues this past month, and we had a short turn-around from our last BOD meeting in July. That said, I feel we are now better positioned to concentrate on upcoming events and health programs which is definitely the forward course we have been trying very hard to achieve.  Our club has some very successful committees, we experienced a successful National, and now we will turn to the election process and the report of our Financial Review Committee.  It has been all-hands-on-deck and there have been several hands offering to help, although we still have some committees who are shorthanded. We’d be grateful of any other club members who would like to help however they can.  I hope summer finds all of us enjoying some deserved downtime and healthy loved ones.

I hope everyone had an enjoyable and safe July 4th, and that all of you were able to enjoy a special time with your families, friends, and Beaucerons!

The BOD is moving forward after a wonderful Region 4 National, with several topics and tasks to work on. Enjoy these summer days, and please join us at this Friday’s club meeting.

Greetings! What a wonderful National Specialty Region 4 put on for our membership! There was more than just competing and enjoying our Beaucerons. We conducted club business (Annual Meeting for 2021) with great member participation and a record attendance which met a quorum. Members came from every corner of the nation, and there was fellowship and a new level of camaraderie. It was nice to see old friends, make new friends, and to put a face with a name. Very special thanks to Region 4 and all who were involved in putting on this event. More to come in the July National Specialty Newsletter.

This year’s Nominating Committee was announced at the annual meeting, and it was also announced on the website, via Teams, and via email.

The Financial Review Committee’s work is underway as planned. Bank and PayPal statements for the years 2018 – 2020 are being reviewed, and contacts for a forensic audit are being provided by July 31, 2021. The initial report will be provided to the membership during the August meeting.
